Peter Dolan, managing director of Jermon Developments, which is constructing the 150,000 sq ft Springhill shopping centre in Bangor, says: "While we have had a number of relatively quick planning processes in the last 12 months, sometimes we feel that on less contentious planning applications, a more expedious or fast track route could be taken."
